Easy and fun, like a light read。 But addresses and informs me about the huge stresses I face and need to learn about。 Felt like drinking a milkshake but was as nourishing as meat and veg。
Sarah Albunyan,
Nice read for parents with a newly diagnosed kid with T1D。 But I think if this book has an audible edition it would so much better, the style of writing of this book clearly indicate that the author is better at speaking than writing。 That’s why I really enjoy her podcast。

Shaina,
This book helped me so much after my 6 year old daughter was diagnosed 4 months ago。 I could relate it just about every story she wrote。 It’s good to know I’m not messing up too bad! Having a child diagnosed with T1D has been one of the most humbling experiences of my life。 Knowing there are other parents out there is so comforting。
